the application.

Service Scope Clarification:

The ” Rahatech ” application is an innovative digital platform that allows users to remotely connect with a select group of qualified specialists in psychological and professional guidance. The platform aims to facilitate access

to professional psychological support and counseling online, offering convenience, privacy, flexibility, and affordability.

Acknowledgment of Acceptance:

By accessing and using the ” Rahatech ” application, you (“the user”) explicitly agree to the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of use and general provisions stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of Legal Capacity and Understanding:

The user declares and confirms that they have read, understood, and fully comprehended all the information and provisions in these Terms and Conditions. The user also confirms having full legal capacity to accept and bear the responsibilities resulting from this agreement. If the user is a minor, they confirm they are using the app under the supervision and approval of their legal guardian.

Rahatech’s Right to Amend:

” Rahatech ” reserves the full right and discretion to make amendments or updates to these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, by publishing the updated version on the application.

Free Access:

Users can initially access and browse some content of the ” Rahatech ” application for free without any subscription fees.

Account Creation Requirements:

To fully benefit from ” Rahatech ” services, users must create a personal account and provide the following accurate information:

Name: Real or preferred alias for identification.
Email Address: Required for account creation, activation, communication, password recovery, and
service notifications.
Phone Number: Used for identity verification and occasional communication.
Date of Birth: For eligibility verification and service customization.
Password: Must be strong and complex to protect the account.

Password Confidentiality Responsibility:

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and preventing unauthorized

access to their account. In case of suspected account breach or password exposure, the user must notify “

Rahatech ” and change their password immediately. ” Rahatech ” is not liable for any loss resulting from the

user’s failure to protect their credentials.

Finding Specialists and Booking Appointments:

Search and Filter Tools:” Rahatech ” offers advanced search tools allowing users to filter specialists by various criteria, including
specialty, language, fee range, gender, experience, and available schedule.
Appointment Booking:After selecting a suitable specialist, users can book a session at their preferred time. Booking includes
specifying the consultation type (video, audio, or chat) and confirming the time.
Remote Consultation Requirements:
Both users and specialists must ensure a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video
devices for a smooth session.

Psychological and Career Assessments:

” Rahatech ” offers various standardized psychological and career assessments that users can take to evaluate

their mental and career health. Results are provided immediately via the app and may include initial

interpretations and general recommendations.

Important Note:

These results are indicative only and do not replace full evaluation by a specia

list. Users are encouraged to discuss their results with professionals for deeper insight.

Pricing Determination:

Specialists set their own consultation fees. “Rahatak” displays clear, transparent pricing on each

specialist’s profile. Prices vary by specialization, experience, qualifications, session type, and duration.

Prepayment Requirement:

To confirm a booking, the session fee must be paid in advance via the app’s secure payment options.

Sessions will not start until payment is successfully completed.

Session Purchase Options:

Single Sessions: Available in durations like 30 or 60 minutes.
Session Packages: Discounted bundles (e.g., 4, 8, or 12 sessions) are available forusers needing
ongoing support.

Secure Payment Methods:

” Rahatech ” ensures a secure environment for financial transactions through trusted payment

gateways, including credit cards and potentially other future options.

Right to Impose Additional Fees:

” Rahatech ” may introduce new fees (e.g., subscriptions or additional service charges) with prior notice

to users. Service prices may also change but not retroactively for already purchased sessions.

Pricing Determination:

” Rahatech ” strives to maintain efficient and secure operation of the app and pro

tect user data. However, users acknowledge that using the internet and digital platforms carries inherent risks.

” Rahatech ” is not liable for:

Service interruptions or delays beyond its control.
Unauthorized system/database access unless caused by gross negligence.
Damages to user devices or data, including viruses.

Although ” Rahatech ” carefully selects and verifies specialists’ qualifications, users acknowledge that

psychological and career guidance depends on many factors, including the issue at hand, user cooperation, and

adherence to advice. Thus, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Users bear full responsibility for how they use the app and must refrain from unlawful or unauthorized use.

All rights to the ” Rahatech application and its content—including design, software, databases, texts, graphics,

logos, icons, media, digital downloads, and data compilations—are exclusively owned by “Rahatak” or its licensors

and protected by intellectual property laws.

It is strictly prohibited to:

Copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, license, or create derivative works from the app’s
content without written permission.
Use trademarks or domain names belonging to ” Rahatech ” without authorization.
Reverse engineer or extract source code.
Use bots or automated tools to access or extract data from the app.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users must keep login credentials confi

dential and are responsible for any unauthorized use.

It is strictly forbidden to use “

Rahatech ” to publish or share offensive or illegal content.

” Rahatech ” is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all user data, including registration, payment details, and any exchanged information. The platform

uses technical and organizational measures to protect this data. Specialists and advisors are bound by professional ethics and confidentiality.

“Rahatak” is not liable for violations beyond its operational scope.

Users may choose to use an alias if they wish to remain anonymous to other users or even to specialists (noting that identity verification may be requested later for professional reasons).

" Rahatech " retains personal data as long as necessary for:

Service Delivery: While providing services and features.
User Relationship: Throughout the subscription and account activity. Data may be retained afterward
for resolving inquiries or potential disputes

Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
No refund is granted for missed sessions.
No refund is granted once a session has started.
If a session is ended early by the user, no refund is given.
If a specialist cancels unexpectedly, the user is entitled to a full refund or reschedule.

" Rahatech " may modify its services or content at any time, including:

Adding new features.
Removing outdated or unused services.
Changing functionality or UI design.
Updating educational or evaluation content.
Changing service providers or technologies.

No prior individual notice is required for such changes.

“Rahatech” reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app or its services—partially or fully—at any

time, with or without notice, in case of violation of the terms or any justified reason.
